Build timeframes

As we go through the development cycle, your product reaches different milestones:

1 to 2 Months – Prototype
Technical Documentation and an interactive UI Prototype, to be used for Capital Raising, R&D Grants or Business Finance applications.

2 to 4 Months – Small
Up to five screens with User Accounts, but without complex features, such as API Integrations, Payments and Push Notifications.

4 to 6 Months – Medium
Up to ten screens with User Accounts, Payments and medium complexity API Integrations.

6 to 8+ Months – Large
Over fifteen screens with User Accounts, Payments, complex API Integrations, Push Notifications and other advanced features.

The milestone you complete development at will depend on several factors including project complexity and funding availability, with an initial release typically falling into the Medium category.

Following release, we’ll either continue with further development, or transition you to the Aftercare phase, depending on your requirements.

If you’d like to find out how much your app would cost to develop, please submit an enquiry below, and we’ll happily discuss your project and provide an estimation.

Guarantees and benefits

Fixed-price guarantee

Rather than charging by the hour, we provide a fixed price for each stage of development, mutually agreed upon in advance. Should any stage of development take more effort than originally predicted, we incur the associated costs.

Lean development commitment

Over the seventeen years, we have implemented internal systems and code libraries to deliver software at a lower cost. On average, our software build costs are around ~40% lower compared to less established and systemised teams.

Flexible engagement model

There is no contract lock-in. You’re never committed beyond the stage of development you’re in, so you can pause or finish work upon completion of any stage while retaining Intellectual Property and Source Code ownership.
